Lost / Stolen Debit Card

If your card is lost or stolen, please notify one of our branches as soon as possible! A new debit card can be issued to you immediately at any of our locations during normal business hours.

To report your debit card lost/stolen after hours:

  • Call Shazam Mastercard 1-800-383-8000

Block Your Lost Debit Card

If you have Shazam Brella set up with your debit card you can easily block it. Just log in, click on your account with your balance, then select Card Actions, then click on Set Alerts and Blocks, then click on the green button where it says Temporary Block Card. Either the bank or you can unblock your debit card if you find it.
